Step 1 - Prep the Bread
In preparation for oven roasting, prep the bread. Open up the bread roll and carefully drizzle the insides of the bread with the Deli Dressing. You want to evenly cover the surface without over saturating the bread.
Step 2 - Add the Chicken and Cheese
Place the chicken slice on the bottom half of the roll. You can opt for one or two slices depending on how thick they are and personal preference.
On the top slice add the mozzarella slices. Make sure they are laying flat and not overlapping. This way they can melt evenly for a better eating experience.
Step 3 - Bake in the Oven
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place all the prepped deli slices of bread face up on a baking sheet.
Once the oven is hot, put the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes. Make sure to check frequently to make sure the cheese is melting, but the bread is not burning.
Remove from the oven when the cheese has melted and thereβs a light toast on the bread.
Step 4 - Add the Roasted Peppers
After you have removed the deli slices from the oven, let them cool for about 5 minutes.
While theyβre cooling, slice your fire roasted red peppers into thin slices.
Carefully place the red pepper slices either onto the cheese slices or chicken side. Once added, put the two sides together and complete the sandwhich.
Step 5 - Serve!
This sandwich is best served warm from the oven. You can also wrap it in aluminum foil to keep it fresh for guests.
