Sacramento is quickly becoming a California foodie destination, and a true foodie can really appreciate quality ice cream, gourmet donuts and apothecary candy stores. In Sacramento youβll find a mix of old-established family ice cream parlors and new trendy ice cream.

For as long as I can remember, I've always had abdominal discomfort, regularity and bloating issues.
